Who processes the data

The data controller of this site is company details to be completed. You can write to us at company details to be completed.

What data and why

If you fill in a contact or demo form we collect what you enter (name, business, email, phone and, for the demo, company details and materials) to answer your request and, if you go ahead, prepare the demo and the offer. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request. If you consent, we also send commercial communications; you can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep the data

Requests with no follow-up are deleted after 24 months; those that become a contract follow the contractual and tax retention periods.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us run the site and mail (hosting and email providers), bound as processors. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to company details to be completed. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Anti-robot check

Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots, with no profiling cookies.
